Powers and Abilities : The Weather Wizard possesses a 'wand' laced with advanced technology that allows him to control the weather, for various effects, including wind, precipitation, and lightning, amongst others. There have been some suggestions that the weather powers he uses are innate, and the wand merely a device that allows him to psychologically focus them, but that remains unproven in Watchtower continuity.

History : The Weather Wizard is one of Flash's gallery of Rogues. He began his career of robbery and extortion in Central City, combatting Barry Allen (The Flash II) and has remained active as a menace to society during the career of Wally West (The Flash III) as well. He has an illegitimate son, Josh, whom he fathered in a one-night stand with a Keystone City police officer, Julie Jackam. Josh, though still a toddler, has demonstrated weather-related metahuman abilities. Mardon attempted to abduct Josh after his mother's death, to study his abilities, but was prevented from doing so by the Flash. Josh is currently in the legal custody of Iris Allen, who had lived as Julie Jackam's neighbor.

Other Sources :

Divergences : Diverges at Identity Crisis #1. He has not yet discovered the ability to use his powers without his wand.
