Powers and Abilities : The Stranger's powers are mysterious, as is the man himself. He is a wielder of magic - that much is known - though he seems to have more in common with the aloof cosmic entities of the universe than mortal spellcasters, much of the time. Physically, he seems to be an ordinary human being - though it is believed that he is incapable of dying. He seems to have the ability to come and go as he pleases, irrespective of barriers that would block his passage, and he has a cosmic awareness that guides him to where he is needed.

History : A half-fallen angel. The Wandering Jew. Perhaps, something heretofore unimagined. The Phantom Stranger's true name and origin are known only to those unknowable powers that exist beyond the realms of men. He acts as a guardian and guide, and advocate for humanity in their travails with the cosmic. He is seldom empowered to interfere directly, most often choosing to influence the choices of mortals with his words alone.
