Original Characters (commonly abbreviated 'OCs') are characters created by the players, and not based on character from DC's fictional canon. We permit players to apply for Original Characters if, and only if, they already play a canon character in our community.

The application form for Original Characters requests a little more detail than does the application form for canon characters, simply because we need to know more about the character.

If the player of an OC leaves the community, we do our best to quietly write the OC out - we don't generally feel comfortable playing another player's character.
