Location : Sector 0.

Description : The planet Oa exists at the nominal center of the universe, and is the current home of the Guardians of the Universe. Billions of years ago, parts of the advanced Maltusian race relocated to Oa and began their efforts to create a peaceful order in the universe. Oa is a barren world, and the only notable feature is the headquarters of the Guardians' soldiers, the Green Lantern Corps. Oa orbits a star known as Sto-Oa.

Notable Residents : The Guardians of the Universe, and some permanently stationed members of the Green Lantern Corps including Salaak. Current prisoners on the planet include the Parallax entity.

Points of Interest : The Green Lantern Corps Meeting Hall, the Hazard Simulation Facility, the Dining Hall, the Hall of Great Service (housing the Book of Oa), the Memorial Hall, and the Sciencells.
