Powers and Abilities : As Killer Frost, Louise has the power to absorb heat energy in her vicinity, and use that to fuel her abilities to generate and manipulate cold and ice. She possesses advanced scientific knowledge in the field of physics, particularly thermodynamics.

History : Dr. Louise Lincoln was a friend and colleague of Crystal Frost - the first woman to engage in a life of crime using the name 'Killer Frost'. After Crystal's death, Louise blamed Firestorm, and intent on revenge, repeated the experiment that had given Crystal her powers. Though she took on the mantle of Killer Frost because of her feelings for Crystal, Louise has proven to be a singularly cold-hearted individual - absolutely ruthless in her pursuit of money and revenge.

Killer Frost has served, briefly, on one incarnation of the Suicide Squad.
