Description : Sister city to Central City, Keystone was the home of the original scarlet speedster, Jay Garrick. Lost for years in an out of phase state, thanks to the machination of several criminals, Keystone was restored to its proper place through the actions of Garrick and the young Barry Allen, AKA the second Flash. Though the lost years put the city at a disadvantage, Keystone residents quickly caught up with the times, establishing the city as a significant manufacturing and industrial center.

Keystone City is currently protected by three members of the Flash family. It has a baseball team - the Keystone City Salamanders, and a hockey team, the Keystone City Combines. The most popular local news station is WKEY-TV, which employs Wally West's ex-wife, Linda Park. Three miles outside the city is the infamous metahuman penitentiary, Iron Heights. It is also the home of the newly-rebuilt Flash Museum.
