Powers and Abilities : Hush has no superhuman powers or abilities. He is, however, in top physical form, possessing the strength level of a man his size, age, and weight who engages in intensive regular excercise. He is an expert marksman, comparable in skill to Deadshot. He has shot batarangs out of the air as they sailed at him and set off C4 using twin M1911.45 caliber pistols, his weapons of choice. He is also a competent hand-to-hand combatant, holding his own against Batman and manhandling Harley Quinn, although he was later beaten by the Scarecrow and later still Catman.

Hush's greatest weapon, however, is his mind. He is one of the finest neurosurgeons in the world, specializing in brain surgery, although he is also a proficient plastic surgeon and an effective doctor. He has performed breakthrough medical operations, thought impossible by his peers. He is a master of disguise, capable of performing plastic surgery on himself with only the aid of a mirror. He is also a master strategist and manipulator, with tactical skills equal, if not exceeding those possessed by the Caped Crusader. Indeed, Hush's greatest skill is his ability to think like his opponents and use their motivations against them.

Finally, Hush has access to the Elliot family fortune, giving him wealth on par with Bruce Wayne and allowing him to fully fund his plans, as well as hire some of the more fiscally-minded villains of Gotham to work for him.
