Powers and Abilities: Temple Fugate is an efficiency expert by trade. He is athletic and extraordinarily intelligent, capable of calculating events with absolute precision. He is well known for planning his excursions to take advantage of events outside of his influence - in his first appearance, he escaped Batman by stepping backwards from a building, knowing that the 9:15 train always arrived six minutes early. He is a trained fencer, wielding a sword forged in the shape of a clock's hand, and is able to match Batman himself in swordplay.

During his sabbatical the Clock King has become even more dangerous. He has gained some technological prowess, learning to create devices such as teleporters, communications jamming equipment, and even an anti-gravity platform, all of them modeled after timepieces. More ominously, the Clock King has gained precognitive abilities. He is able to predict every event that occurs in his vicinity approximately 4.6692 seconds into the future, allowing him to anticipate an opponent's every move.
