Location : Missouri

Description : The sister of Keystone City, Central City was the longtime home of Barry Allen, the second Flash. During the period when Keystone City was out of phase with reality, Central City's economy boomed - and since the return of Keystone, many businesses have migrated across the river. It is still a large and relatively prosperous city, however. It, along with Keystone City, is patrolled by The Flash I, The Flash III, and Kid Flash II. It also has its own local mystery-man, The Spirit.

Central City boasts two professional sports teams - The Central City Stars, a baseball franchise, and The Central City Cougars, a football team. The city's most widely-read newspaper is the Central City Picture-News. The city has a noteworthy theater district, and boasts an important landmark - the site of the original Flash Museum, curated by Dexter Myles.
