Powers and Abilities : Arkillo, as a member of the Sinestro Corps, possesses a Qwardian power ring. The power ring is capable of nearly any function the user can imagine, provided the user has the focus and willpower to direct the ring to enact it. Most commonly, it used to generate solid light constructs that can be used for offense or defense; to gather, record or retrieve data; or to enable the user to traverse hyperspace at faster than light velocities. Arkillo's species seems to possess an enhanced physiology that gives them strength and durability far outstripping human norms.

History : Arkillo was one of Sinestro's initial recruits for the Sinestro Corps. His natural ability to intimidate those around him made him a perfect fit for the corps of Fear - he was made the Corps' drill sergeant, training the yellow ring-wielders in the use of their power.

In the assault on Earth, Arkillo was a part of the team that arrived in New York City, paving the way for the arrival of the Anti-Monitor. He had a protracted battle with Guy Gardner and Ice, ending with the loss of his ring-wielding hand to a green-plasma machete created by Gardner. It is uncertain whether he was one of the Sinestro Corps members to escape capture, but it seems likely that he was taken into Green Lantern Corps custody.
