Powers and Abilities : Abra Kadabra possesses technical knowledge originating in the 64th century, and therefore he is able to construct and utilize devices far more complex and powerful than most modern technologists. He does not appear to have been a specialist in technology of his future era, but his layman's knowledge is vast. Thanks to a deal with the devil Neron, Abra Kadabra now possesses genuine sorcerous powers to augment those he simulated with technology.

History : Born in the 64th century, Citizen Abra was unusual amongst his peers. He longed for a past era, and a career as a magician. He found a way to travel back through time to realize his dream, but his powers and lack of ethics brought him into conflict with Barry Allen, the second Flash. Abra became one of the loose affiliation of criminals in Central City, colloquially known as 'the Rogues', and began a criminal career that he continues to this day, battling the current Flash, Wally West.

Abra Kadabra is not above using his fellow Rogues, however - he tricked five of them into selling their souls to Neron, in exchange for Neron granting him real magical power. Unlike Captain Cold or Mirror Master, who seem to have an almost playful relationship with the Flash at times and who abide by their own code of honor, Abra is quite content to escalate the conflict - once attempting to erase Linda Park, Wally's fiancee at the time, from history.
